  • Template Data: When you create templates or templates are automatically created, we store metadata and structural information about documents that you upload. We do not the actual content of identified structural elements, such as names or addresses contained within identified "name" and "address" fields.

Document Retention

  • Uploaded Documents: We do not retain your uploaded documents after processing is complete, except as specified below
  • Processing Results: Results are not stored on Farier servers (they are retained in local data by the web application in your browser) and not subsequently shared with Farier
  • Templates: When you templates are created, we store only the metadata and structural information (not the actual content of the documents they relate to) to enable template functionality across users

Personal Information

  • Account Data: Retained for as long as your account remains active
  • Basic Personal Information: Stored in Supabase for account management purposes
  • Analytics Data: PostHog analytics data is retained according to PostHog's retention policies

Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your personal data at any time. Upon account closure, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
